Estimated delivery time
Orders normally arrive within approximately 2–4 working days after confirmation.
This is an estimated timeframe rather than a guaranteed appointment. Delivery can take longer during public holidays, non-working days, severe weather, high-volume periods, or when the delivery address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect.
Order confirmation
Cash on Delivery orders may require confirmation by WhatsApp or phone before they are prepared and dispatched. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping charges
The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout. Orders of EGP 999 or more qualify for free shipping.
Tracking and delivery contact
After dispatch, tracking or delivery updates may be provided through Bosta, our shipping partner. Please keep your phone available so the delivery representative can reach you.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate name, phone number, governorate, area, street address, building details, and any useful delivery instructions. Incorrect information can delay or prevent delivery.
Delivery attempts
If the delivery representative cannot reach you or complete delivery, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or require a new delivery arrangement.
